Games

Here are the various little games, tools, fiddlers, and otherwise playthings that I've made. Note

Sort by:

Gender Maker

This is a tool you can use to build genders... or at least gender icons like the standard female ♀, male ♂, neuter ⚲, transgender ⚧, etc. How you incorporate these into your own gender is up to you. Pick from a handful of options for the circle, as well as for each 'arm'; set the colour of the symbol and the background. Also, doubles as a planetary symbol maker, though the more complicated ones (jupiter ♃, saturn ♄, for example) aren't possible.

Cornish Place Name Generator

Randomly generate names that (most of the time) sound like Cornish place names. See here for more information.

Colour Counter

Note: as I explained here, I've had to remake this on Nekoweb. So that's where this links to.

A thing that counts colours. In particular, it counts what different colours there are in an image. It's a neat little tool and I'm certain you could find a better version in 5 minutes somewhere else online.

Hanoi Solitaire

A (sort of) cross between Tower of Hanoi and Solitaire where a bunch of blocks are randomly shuffled and you have to assemble them into towers. I'm not certain how good a game this actually is, so I've provided some parameters that so you can play around with different variations.

Deal Or No Deal

Pick a box, any box! Noel Edmonds will have some shit to say no matter what: "Tough luck, bitch. Looks like you're getting the bus home." ... more or less. First a grand TV show, then a bizzare WII game, now it's made its way here; how the mighty have fallen.

Grid Thing

Damn right I'm sticking to this name. This is, and forever will be, Grid Thing. This isn't so much a game as just a visual toy that I had on the public side of my webpage while I was working on it. It randomly generates a mazey, grid-based pattern that you can change a few parameters of. It uses box drawing characters so it may not render correctly (but I think it should on all common, modern systems).
